Following discussions with shareholders in order of size, Torbjörn Gustafsson, Jörgen Bogren, and Petter Wingstrand will form the Nomination Committee.
The Nomination Committee will prepare and propose to the Annual General Meeting:

• The election of the chair of the Annual General Meeting
• The election of the Chair and members of the Board of Directors
• Remuneration for the Chair and members of the Board of Directors
• The election of and remuneration for the auditor and, if applicable, deputy auditor

Shareholders wishing to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so via email at jorgen.bogren@klimator.se no later than March 15, 2025.
