Klimator

Klimator AB's ("Klimator" or "the Company") rights issue of shares, with subscription period that ended on 19 December, 2022, has today been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw Bolagsverket). The Company hereby announces that the last day for trading with BTA (paid subscribed share) is 17 January, 2023 and the stop date is 19 January, 2023. The shares are expected to be transferred to the respective custodian/VP account on 23 January, 2023.

After the registration of the rights issue at the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the total number of shares in Klimator amounts to 25,924,751 shares. After registration, the share capital amounts to approximately SEK 1,296,237.55.
