K-Prefab AB, a subsidiary of K-Fast Holding AB (“K-Fastigheter”), has signed an agreement with NCC regarding delivery of concrete and steel frame solutions for new training and storage facilities at the Air Defense Regiment, LV6, in Halmstad. End customer for NCC is the Swedish Fortifications Agency.

K-Prefab will deliver frame solutions including construction for two buildings, of which the largest covers 24,000 square meters. The premises will contain, among other things, halls for trucks and maintenance, special areas for theory and simulator training, auditorium, offices, changing rooms and technical spaces. In applicable parts, the building will be constructed in accordance with the Environmental Building Silver standard.

The order value for K-Prefab is SEK 105 million. Production of the prefabricated concrete elements and construction will be carried out during the larger part of 2024.
