K-Fast

As of 31 October 2023, the total number of shares in K-Fast Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) amounts to 239,331,168 shares, divided into 22,500,000 series A shares and 216,831,168 series B shares. The total number of votes in the Company as of 31 October 2023 amounts to 329,331,168.

The number of shares and votes in the Company has increased as a result of the directed share issue of 5,820,000 series B shares resolved by the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 September 2023 and approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting on 24 October 2023 which has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
