Isofol is liquidating a subsidiary
The information in the press release is intended for investors.
The purpose of the wholly owned subsidiary Isofol Medical (Incentive) AB was to handle warrants for employees. The subsidiary has been dormant since December 2021 when the last warrants were handed over to the employees. The subsidiary's liquidation will lead to reduced costs for Isofol Medcial AB (publ). Any future warrant programs will be managed by the parent company.
