The board of directors of Intellego Technologies AB (publ) dismisses the CEO

Intellego Technologies AB (publ) (the "Company") announces that the board of directors has today decided to dismiss the Company's CEO Jacob Laurin. Jacob Laurin will remain in his role during the notice period up to and including 23 May 2026 in order to ensure an orderly transition. During this period, the board of directors will begin the process of recruiting a new CEO.
 
The board of directors intends to communicate further information about the recruitment process and the appointment of a new CEO as the process progresses.
