INVITATION TO PRESS BRIEFING – PRESENTATION OF KPMG’S CONCLUSIONS FROM THE INVESTIGATION OF INTELLEGO

Intellego Technologies invites members of the media to a press briefing regarding KPMG’s independent forensic investigation into the company’s accounting practices and capital markets communication.

At the press briefing, KPMG’s conclusions will be presented.

Martin Kruger, Partner at KPMG, Greg Batcheller, Chair of the Board of Intellego Technologies, and Jacob Laurin, acting CEO, will attend the press briefing and will be available to answer questions.
