Intellego's CEO transfers shares between personal accounts

Intellego Technologies AB (publ) ("Intellego") announces that the company’s CEO, Claes Lindahl, has transferred shares between two of his personal securities accounts for compliance-related reasons.

The transaction will be formally registered as an insider trade in accordance with applicable regulations. No change in Claes Lindahl’s total shareholding in Intellego has occurred as a result of the transfer.
