Heights Capital Management poses claim on Intellego Technologies AB

Intellego Technologies AB (“Intellego”) has been notified of a claim from Heights Capital Management, Inc. (”Heights”) in connection with Height’s subscription for shares in Intellego, through a directed share issue carried out on 27 October 2025.

The claim is based on alleged breaches of the subscription agreement entered into in connection with the directed share issue. The claim from Heights could amount to the full subscribed amount of SEK 210 million, together with compensation for legal costs.

Intellego will assess its position once Heights has specified the amount of its claim and the circumstances on which Heights alleges the claim is based.
