NCR Confirms Intea’s BBB Rating but Changes Outlook to watch negative

The credit rating agency Nordic Credit Rating (NCR) announced today that they confirm the BBB credit rating for Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) while adjusting the outlook from stable to watch negative. The short-term credit rating N3 was confirmed.
