Lärcentrum leases from Intea at Campus Östersund
Intea has signed a new six-year lease agreement for 1,000 square meters with Lärcentrum in Östersund, which is responsible for municipal adult education.
Lärcentrum will lease its own building centrally located on Campus. The premises, which have been vacant since February 2024, will be used for administration and education. The annual rent amounts to SEK 1.7 million, with an indexation of 100 percent of the Consumer Price Index (CPI), and a renovation and adaptation of the premises amounting to approximately SEK 5.3 million will be carried out. Move-in is expected to take place during the third quarter of this year.

The location and good transport connections, along with the opportunity to have our own building, have been important factors in our establishment on Campus,” says Magnus Andersson, Head of School at Lärcentrum Östersund.
