Intea to be Included in the FTSE EPRA Nareit index

Intea Fastigheter AB (publ) will be included in the FTSE EPRA Nareit index as of March 25, 2025

The FTSE EPRA Nareit index is a leading global index for publicly listed real estate investments. It is administered by FTSE Russell in collaboration with EPRA and Nareit.

In EPRA’s latest quarterly index review, published on the evening of March 7, it was confirmed that Intea’s class B shares will be included in the global index as of March 25, 2025.
