Intea signs ten-year lease agreement in Halmstad
Intea and LBS Kreativa Gymnasiet have signed a ten-year lease agreement for 1,500 sqm of educational premises in Halmstad.
LBS Kreativa Gymnasiet is part of the AcadeMedia group and provides upper secondary education with a focus on creative industries. The annual rent value of the lease amounts to SEK 3.2 million and the agreement runs until September 2033. The lease includes parts of the property Fanan 66, located at Linjegatan 8, in premises that have previously been vacant.
"This will be a positive addition to the area. The establishment is in line with Intea's plan to bring together innovative environments and education in various forms in the area. The premises will undergo a complete renovation to create modern classrooms, chemistry labs and other creative spaces", says Johanna Tideman, Managing Director of Intea Halmstad.
Occupancy is scheduled for 1 September 2023.
