Intea signs lease with Municipality of Halmstad
Intea and the Municipality of Halmstad have signed a 5-year lease relating to 4,600 sqm of office premises adapted to business requirements in Halmstad’s Larsfrid district.
The Municipality of Halmstad has been a tenant in other premises in the area since 2015, and with this new lease has opted to expand the arrangement by 1,100 sqm. The annual rental value is SEK 6.8 million (previously SEK 5.3 million), and the lease extends until the end of the fourth quarter 2027. The lease concerns parts of the Fanan 66 property, situated on Linjegatan 8–10. Municipal adult education will be conducted on the premises, which were previously vacant.
“The fact that the Municipality of Halmstad has decided to expand its lease and stay on in the area for a further five years is good news for the district. The next stage will involve some refurbishments and tenant customisations to the premises,” commented Johanna Tideman, Site Manager for Intea Halmstad.
Occupancy is scheduled for the end of 2022/start of 2023.
