Rikard has extensive experience in senior roles within the property and asset management sector, most recently as CEO of Parmaco AB, and previously as COO of Newsec Property Asset Management AB, where he was also responsible for operations in Denmark for a period, as well as Head of Property Management at Hemsö AB. In his previous positions, he has worked on long-term value creation through active management with a clear focus on technology, sustainability, customers, and development.
