Intea acquires ambulance center

Intea has acquired an ambulance center in southern Stockholm from Serafim Fastigheter. The rentable area, totaling 1,600 square meters, is fully leased by Region Stockholm. The underlying property value in the transaction amounted to SEK 95.0 million before deductions for deferred tax, etc., of SEK 4.1 million.

The ambulance center is located on the property Mopsen 1 in Sköndal, which covers a land area of 4,272 square meters. The building underwent a complete interior renovation during the first half of 2023 and was specially adapted for its operations. The lease agreements extend until July 2038 with an annual rental value of SEK 5.3 million.

“We are pleased to have acquired this property with its important operations. This acquisition complements our portfolio in healthcare and provides us with a long-term tenant in Region Stockholm,” says Peter Jacobsson, Head of Business Development and Projects.

The acquisition is carried out indirectly through a company, and the transfer took place today, October 11, 2024.
