Carina Åkerström has had a long and successful career in the financial sector and was previously the CEO and Group Chief Executive of Svenska Handelsbanken AB from 2019 to 2023. She has extensive experience in strategic leadership and has been a driving force behind Handelsbanken's restructuring of its branch operations and its digital transformation. Carina holds board positions at Holmen AB (publ) and SkiStar AB (publ) and has recently been proposed as a board member of Fastpartner AB (publ).

Jörgen Eriksson has a long background in the real estate industry and has been the CEO of Catena AB since 2020. He has extensive experience in business development and property management and has previously served as Business and Property Manager as well as Regional Manager at Catena. Jörgen also has a strong commitment to sustainable development and strategic property development.

The Nomination Committee’s proposal includes the re-election of board members Caesar Åfors (Chairman), Henrik Lindekrantz, Christian Haglund, Håkan Sandberg, Mattias Grahn, and Pernilla Ramslöv. Kristina Alvendal and Peter Ragnarsson will leave the board in connection with the Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders will vote on the Nomination Committee’s proposal at Intea’s Annual General Meeting to be held on May 5, 2025, in Stockholm.
