Markus Jönsson has formally taken office as CEO in I-Tech

MARKN.

The Company announces that Markus Jönsson today has taken office as CEO after acting CEO, Magnus Henell.

As communicated by the Company in a press release on May 16th 2024, former CEO, Philip Chaabane formally stepped down as CEO and was replaced by, Magnus Henell as acting CEO.

On July 1st, the Company could communicate that Markus Jönsson had been appointed new CEO of I-Tech AB. 

“I am very happy for the opportunity to lead I-Tech in its next phase of development – to build on the existing business and broaden the company's portfolio with more, high-value specialty chemical solutions – in both marine paint systems and in adjacent application areas. The ambition is to build on all the lessons learned from the successful establishment of Selektope® and add products with strong value propositions at every step of the value chain. I-Tech is in the initial phase of launching the new, broader strategy, and I look forward to working together with all the other talented employees to deliver on our ambitious growth plans, both for the existing business as well as for the new business- and product areas to come”, says Markus Jönsson.
