The Government writes in a press release that the purpose of the initiative is to support the work for more actors to meet and together tackle various societal challenges with new innovative methods. Humana has for some time published social outcome measures in the Individual and Family business area and for Norway and is working to develop its first social impact bond.

The challenges facing the municipal sector will not only be solved by more employees and more resources.
