President and CEO Johanna Rastad leaves Humana
After six years at Humana, including two years as President and CEO, Johanna Rastad is leaving the company at her own request. Johanna Rastad has a notice period of six months and will continue to work at Humana during this time.
- It is of course very sad that Johanna is leaving us, but I would like to personally and on behalf of the Board thank her for a fantastic effort during her time as President and CEO, not least around the process after IVO's incorrect decision for personal assistance a year ago and congratulate her in her further endeavour outside the company. She has a great drive and is an inspiring leader who has been of great importance in driving the future of welfare and Humana forward," says Anders Nyberg, Chairman of the Board at Humana.
- It has been a difficult decision to make, but I have received an offer that I can not refuse. I am very proud of Humana, the commitment, the fighting spirit, and the competence that exists within the company and I feel great gratitude to have been able to lead Humana during my time as CEO. Humana will always have a warm place in my heart, and I am convinced that the company is well equipped to take advantage of the opportunities that exist and continue to improve the quality of life for all care recipients," says Johanna Rastad.
As previously communicated, Humana will present its fourth quarter and full year 2023 report on February 8, 2024.
