The approval does not require any special conditions or concessions from Humana's side.

Team Olivia Norge AS primarily operates in the areas of individual and family care as well as assistance services, reporting revenues of 913 million Swedish kronor¹⁾ in 2023. The company has approximately 2,000 full-time employees and the transaction is expected to reduce operational risk for Humana by providing a more diversified customer base and broader geographical exposure. The acquisition is expected to contribute positively to Humana's earnings per share from 2025.
