Change in number of shares and votes in Humana AB
Humana has, in accordance with what has previously been disclosed, carried out an issue in kind in connection with the acquisition of Team Olivia Norge AS.
Before the issue, there were a total of 47,826,058 shares and votes in Humana AB. The number of shares and votes has increased by 4,000,000 through the issue. The total number of shares and votes in Humana AB amounts to 51,826,058 as of 28 June 2024, the last trading day of the month.
