Increase in share capital and number of shares in HANZA

On January 7, HANZA completed the acquisition of BMK Group GmbH. The purchase price consisted of 16,999,998 newly issued shares in HANZA AB. The issue was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office on January 8.

The company's registered share capital thus increased by SEK 1,699,999.80 to SEK 6,295,933.80. As of January 30, 2026, the last trading day of the month, the total number of shares in HANZA AB amounts to 62,959,338. There is only one class of shares.
