HANZA’s principal owner increases its holding

HANZA's principal owner, Färna Invest AB, owned by Gerald Engström, has purchased 500,000 shares in HANZA.

Following the share purchase, HANZA's principal owner, Färna Invest AB, owns 10,494,627 shares in the company, corresponding to 22.83%. 
 
The shares were traded on November 5, 2025.
