HANZA’s Chairman of the Board increases his holding

HANZA's Chairman of the Board, Francesco Franzé, has purchased 5,000 shares in HANZA.

Following the share purchase, Francesco Franzé owns 3,505,000 shares in the company, corresponding to 7.63%. 

The shares were traded on November 13, 2025.
