Change in number of shares and votes in Copperstone

The number of shares and votes in Copperstone Resources AB (publ) has changed following the consolidation of shares which was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 1 December 2023 and completed in Euroclear’s system on 15 December 2023. As a consequence of the consolidation, twenty (20) existing shares were merged into one (1) new share.

The total number of outstanding shares and votes in Copperstone amounts, after the consolidation and as of today’s date, to 90,080,342. The company’s share capital is unchanged since Copperstone’s shares were admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market on 8 December 2023, and amounts to SEK 180,160,684.00.
