In connection with the preparations for the dividend, ServiceLine24 has entered into an affiliation agreement with Euroclear Sweden AB, which means that ServiceLine24 is now formally connected to Euroclear's system for account keeping and management of share registers. This is a crucial step to enable the dividend and ServiceLine24's continued development as an independent public company.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting on 10 December 2025, it was resolved that all shares in ServiceLine24 shall be distributed to the shareholders of GreenMerc. At the same time, the Board of Directors was authorized to establish and publish the record date, which has now been done.

"The determination of the record date marks an important step in the process of making the value of ServiceLine24 visible to our shareholders. Through the dividend, each shareholder will directly share in the potential of ServiceLine24 as an independent public company," says Arvid Börje Ramberg, CEO of GreenMerc.

The dividend is paid on a share-by-share basis, which means that for each share in GreenMerc, the shareholder receives one (1) share in ServiceLine24
