Green Landscaping

The business was established in 2009 and is run by the founder Ricardo Stange today, together with 15 employees.

Stange and KSN are based in the town of Neubrandenburg, Germany, and provide maintenance services for public areas including winter services for outdoor areas in and around Neubrandenburg. The companies’ sales in 2023 were approximately EUR 4 million.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in Stange Grünanlagen & Winterdienst GmbH and Kommunal Service Neubrandenburg GmbH with immediate access. The acquisition is financed with cash and through the transfer of shares in Green Landscaping Group AB. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The previous owner of Stange and KSN is now a shareholder in Green Landscaping Group AB.
