A. Markussen was founded in 1978 and is today the leading company in Northern Norway in its field of activity. The company offers a full range of services in landscaping, gardening services, infrastructure and maintenance of outdoor environments. The company has approximately 45 employees and is headquartered in Narvik, with additional offices in Tromsø and Harstad.

Green Landscaping Group acquires 100 percent of the shares in A. Markussen AS The transaction is financed with cash and through transfer of shares and is expected to close during the third quarter, subject to relevant regulatory approvals.
