The members of the Nomination Committee for Ework Group AB’s Annual General Meeting 2027 have been appointed in accordance with the current instructions for the Nomination Committee and consist of:

• Magnus Berglind, Chairman, with own holding and holding via endowment policy
   
• Staffan Salén, appointed by Investment AB Arawak
   
• Katarina Salén, appointed by Polhavet AB
