The change in number of shares and votes is due to the conversion of 108,809 class C shares, which previously have been issued and repurchased within the context of the company’s incentive program LTI 2021/2024, into ordinary shares during the month of May. The number of ordinary shares has thus increased by 108,809 shares and the number of class C shares has decreased by as many shares.
