The change in number of shares and votes is due to the conversion of 103,789 class C shares, which previously have been issued and repurchased within the context of the company's incentive program LTI 2020/2023, into ordinary shares during the month of May. The number of ordinary shares has thus increased by 103,789 shares and the number of class C shares has decreased by as many shares.
