Embark Group AB (publ) appoints Pareto Securities AB as liquidity provider

Embark Group AB (publ) (“Company”) has decided to appoint Pareto Securities AB (“Pareto”) as its liquidity provider. The agreement with Pareto will commence on September 2, 2024.

Pareto will provide liquidity for the Company's shares listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm, in accordance with Nasdaq Stockholm's rules for liquidity guarantees. The intention is to promote liquidity in the shares and reduce volatility.
