eEducation Albert AB (publ) hereby announces that Fredrik Bengtsson, CEO of the company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR), has acquired a total of 27,770 shares in the company during the period 26–27 June 2025. The total purchase price amounts to SEK 93,146.48, corresponding to an average price of approximately SEK 3.35 per share.

Following the transaction, Fredrik Bengtsson holds a total of 77,770 shares in eEducation Albert AB (publ).
