Divio Technologies AB’s shares from warrant exercise registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office

Today, July 4, 2023, 27,431,104 new shares as a result of warrant exercise in Divio Technologies AB (“Divio” or “the Company”) have been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office. The total number of shares after registration amounts to 186,190,114 of which 750,000 A-shares and 185,440,114 B-shares, and the share capital amounts to SEK 18,619,011.40. The shares are expected to be available at the respective subscriber’s depot around July 11, 2023.
