Divio Technologies AB publishes memorandum regarding upcoming issue of units
Divio Technologies AB (“Divio” or the “Company”) announced on the 15th of November 2022 the Board's decision to carry out an issue of units. The decision was approved by an Extraordinary General Meeting today, the 2nd of December 2022. Divio has prepared a memorandum containing information about the Company and the offer, which is now available at the Company’s website (www.divio.com) as well as on the financial adviser Sedermera Corporate Finance AB’s website (www.sedermera.se). The subscription period commences on the 7th of December and runs until the 21st of December 2022.
Provided full subscription, the rights issue will initially provide the Company with approx. SEK 12 million, and another maximum of approx. SEK 9.6 million through the warrant exercise. Divio has received pre-subscription- and guarantee commitments totaling approx. SEK 8.4 million, which in total corresponds to approx. 70 percent of the rights issue.
Subscription will be possible from the 7th of December 2022, with digital signature, via the issuing agent Nordic Issuing AB’s website (www.nordic-issuing.se).

In connection with the rights issue, Divio has assigned Sedermera Corporate Finance AB as financial advisor, Markets & Corporate Law Nordic AB as legal advisor and Nordic Issuing AB as issuing agent.
