Diös Fastigheter's Interim Report Jan-March 2023
First quarter of 2023
- Income increased by 14 per cent to SEK 617m (539).
- Net leasing was SEK 3m (22).
- Property management income decreased by 19 per cent to SEK 220m (271).
- Unrealised changes in value of properties were SEK -564m (533) and unrealised changes in value of derivatives were SEK -79m (88).
- The profit after tax was SEK -333m (708).
- Earnings per share were SEK -2.36 (5.00).
