Joakim Nydemark, Chief Operating Officer and CEO of Crunchfish Gesture Interaction AB has decided to leave the company for a position as EVP and CCO Algo at Precise Biometrics AB in Lund. Joakim will have his last day at Crunchfish in mid-May 2023 and is nominated to become a member of the Crunchfish board at the general meeting 22 May 2023. The search for a replacement is initiated.

"Joakim and I have been working together for over 10 years. We joined Crunchfish at about the same time. Joakim as CEO and I took on the role as Chairman of the Board. It has been a great working relationship over the years. We have complimented each other really well. But all things come to an end eventually and Joakim will try his very capable wings elsewhere. I would like to wish him the best of luck in his future endeavors and congratulate Precise Biometrics for a great hire. I am also very pleased that Joakim has agreed to continue working at Crunchfish in a new capacity by joining its Board of Directors if elected at the annual meeting in May.
