Corem Property Group

As a result of Corem Property Group AB (publ)’s (“Corem”) directed issue during July of 77,560,333 ordinary shares of Class B, the total number of shares and votes in Corem has changed.

As of today's date, the total number of shares in Corem amounts to 1,214,843,614 shares, of which 93,730,797 are ordinary shares of Class A, 1,101,151,713 are ordinary shares of Class B, 7,545,809 are ordinary shares of Class D and 12,415,295 are preference shares.

Each ordinary share of Class A entitles to one vote, while ordinary shares of Class B, ordinary shares of Class D and preference shares entitle to one tenth of a vote each. The current total number of votes amounts to 205,842,078.7.

As of today, Corem holds 2,913,825 repurchased ordinary shares of Class A, 35,691,000 repurchased ordinary shares of Class B and 42 000 ordinary shares of Class D.
