Corem Property Group

Corem has signed a ten-year lease agreement with a mobility company for approximately 5,700 sq.m. in the Alptanäs 2 and 3 properties in Kista. The properties are located on Torshamnsgatan and comprise 2,290 sq.m. of office space and 3,400 sq.m. of land.

Possession is scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
