Corem Property Group

Corem Property Group AB (publ) ("Corem") will, at maturity on 27 February 2023, redeem the outstanding bonds under Corem's bond loan with ISIN SE0013877008 (senior unsecured bonds 2020/2023) (the "Bond Loan"), the total remaining amount of which amounts to SEK 483.75 million.

Corem will not refinance the Bond Loan. Corem has previously announced that repurchased bonds at an amount of SEK 766.25 million has been cancelled previously in the Bond Loan.
