Corem Property Group

Corem Property Group AB (publ) ("Corem") has previously purchased bonds for an amount of SEK 766,25 million under Corem’s bond loan with ISIN SE0013877008 (senior unsecured bonds 2020/2023) (the ”Bond Loan”). The Bond Loan has a final maturity on 27 February 2023.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bond Loan, Corem has cancelled the repurchased bonds for the total amount of SEK 766,25 million. After the cancellation, the Total Nominal Amount under the Bond Loan is SEK 483,75 million.
