Corem divests 14 properties for approximately SEK 1,200 million
Corem has signed an agreement to divest a portfolio of 14 properties located in Gothenburg, Huddinge, Norrköping and Västerås, at a total underlying property value of SEK 1,204 million, which is in line with the book value.
The properties have a total lettable area of approximately 72,100 sq.m., mainly consisting of office, warehouse, and retail spaces. The rental value amounts to SEK 111 million, with an economic occupancy rate of approximately 92 percent.
In Gothenburg, the leasehold to Tuve 86:2 and Tynnered 1:15 are being divested, and in Mölndal, the properties Gastuben 3, Hårddisken 3, Kryptongasen 8 and Neongasen 2 are included in the sale.
In Huddinge, the property Rektangeln 3, located at Kungens Kurva, is being divested.
In Norrköping, the properties Bronsen 2, Kopparn 10 and Platinan 1, all located in the Ingelsta industrial area, are being divested.
In Västerås, the properties Kranlinan 1, Traversföraren 1 and Traversföraren 3, located in the Erikslund retail area, as well as Sjöhagen 12, are being divested.
“With this sale, we continue to free up capital and further strengthen the balance sheet,” said Peeter Kinnunen, Head of Transactions at Corem.
The properties are planned to be transferred to the buyer, Areim, on 1 October 2025.
