Corem Property Group AB (publ) (the “Issuer” or “Corem”) has mandated Nordea Bank Abp, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) and Swedbank AB (publ) as joint bookrunners to investigate the possibility to issue new green SEK senior unsecured bonds with an expected tenor of 3.25 years. Subject to market conditions, a capital market transaction will follow.
 

The proceeds from the transaction will be used in accordance with the Company’s green finance framework, including financing or refinancing of green buildings and investments in energy efficiency, as well as redemption and/or repurchase of Corem Kelly AB (publ)’s outstanding bonds as well as the Company´s outstanding bonds.

Walthon Advokater AB has acted as legal counsel to the Issuer.
