Condo Nordic

An Extraordinary General Meeting held today appointed a new Board of Directors for Condo Nordic Holding AB (publ). The newly elected members are:

• Erja Holmlund – long career in financial adminsitratoin
• Ilkka Holmlund – profound knowledge in the Finnish rental and real estate business
• Mika Eerola (independent) – experienced sales expert
• Heidi Riihimäki (independent) – broad experience in sales and retail

At its upcoming inaugural meeting, the Board will appoint its Chair and a new Chief Executive Officer. These appointments will be announced in a separate press release.

Postponed Q2 Report

To allow the new Board sufficient time to review and approve the Q2 report, the publication has been postponed by approximately two weeks. The exact date will be communicated shortly.
