The Board of Directors of Condo Nordic Holding AB (“Condo”) has received with great sorrow the
tragic news that the company’s Chief Executive Officer and board member, Ville Valorinta, has
suddenly passed away.

“It is with deep shock and sadness that we have received this unexpected and tragic news. Our
warmest thoughts are with Ville’s family and loved ones,” says the Board of Directors of Condo.

Ville Valorinta was appointed CEO of Condo in 2024 with the mandate to lead the company’s
strategic efforts to strengthen its presence in the Nordic market. His dedication and leadership have
been instrumental to the company’s development.

The Board will immediately begin the process of appointing a new Chief Executive Officer and will
provide further updates in due course.
