Spotlight Stock Market has decided to delist Condo Nordic Holding AB in accordance with Spotlight’s regulations 6.4.iv.

The company’s shares have been suspended from trading since August 21, 2025, and trading will not resume.

The shares will be delisted from Spotlight Stock Market after the market closes on October 14, 2025.

The company will provide additional information shortly.
