Comintelli announce additional information to the press release published on 9th of January 2023 at 19:30 CET.
The additional information refers to "The goal of the acquisition is to take over a significant part of the K360 customer base and thereby increase Comintelli's ARR in the coming years, in the range SEK 4-13 million." and "The purchase price is based on ARR for the customers that convert from Knowledge360® to Intelligence2day®."
