Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) signs and closes the acquisition of two Coop stores in Northern Norway for EUR 7.9m
Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) has signed and closed the acquisition of two grocery stores in Northern Norway for EUR 7.9m. The properties are located in Fauske approximately 50 km east of Bodö and in Strand/Sortland close to Lofoten. The lettable area is around 3000 sqm and the properties are fully let to Coop on long leases.
