Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) has closed the acquisition of a newly built grocery store in Sweden for EUR 10.7m. The property is acquired from a property developer.
The asset was completed during the third quarter of this year. It is located in Ale outside of Gothenburg and has a lettable area of 3.200 sqm. Willys is the sole tenant in the building and the lease maturity is 12 years.
